Our system im✻PACT was born out of a need to streamline processes. An extra amount of effort has gone into making sure that our system is industry-agnostic. im✻PACT offers various levels of customisability to cater for different industries, be it a tech company tracking their projects, law firms tracking their cases, accounting firms maintaining their accounts, or even warehouses trying to standardize their inventory and QA processes. This article will guide you in some customisations you can make to suit your needs.
im✻PACT offers the following customisation options:
Customised Naming
In im✻PACT, we have 4 major entities that are listed below:
- Job
These are the collectives that define a single major piece of work. Manager(s) can be assigned to Jobs who are authorized to help maintain different entities under a Job. Under a Job, you can track relevant milestones, assign & review activities, create teams, and even maintain risk logs. - Team
These are the collectives of workspace members. Teams can be maintained at a Workspace level by the administrators which can then be imported into Jobs. They can also be maintained at a Job level to localise a Team under a particular Job by it's managers and Workspace administrators. - Activity
These are a single unit of work that can be assigned to someone. Activities are always created under a Job and can be defined with checklists for different roles such as Action, Verifier and Acceptor. These can be maintained by the Workspace administrators, Job managers, and the associated Team leader. - Member
These refer to a single Workspace member. Members can be invited to and removed from Workspaces by the admins.
These entities, although named as such by default, can be modified to suit your use case. These changes would then be reflected throughout the entire Workspace. To customize these namings, you can follow the steps below:
